The rivet disc from a two-disc cloth seal stamped with a ?lion rampant. The rove disc is missing but the rivet stub is stamped with a partial shield bearing the ?top of a cross with two crowns in the top quadrants (possibly one below). Might be a Colchester cross bay forgery.
