Needle
Incomplete bone needle formed from a longitudinal slice of bovine or horse long bone. Broken shank tapers to the point. Two round intersecting holes form an elongated eye. There is a thin groove cut into the longitudinal axis of the bone, across the top of the head to the eye, on either side. The needle is in two pieces.
