Double-lobed handled cup with straight sides, flat base and incised lattice decoration. The vessel has a buff fabric covered in a white slip under a lead glaze and has been heavily restored. It was possibly made in Staffordshire or Devon. It was found at 41-42 Cloth Fair, City of London, in a brick-lined cesspit underlying the party wall between the properties during underpinning work.
