View of the Pool of London, crowded with vessels, looking across the river towards the Adelaide Hotel, later HQ of the Pearl Assurance Company and pulled down in 1920. New London Bridge on the left. Steamboat services had become frequent and popular by the 1830s. Signed and dated.
