Toilet set
A copper alloy toilet set, consisting of a cross-bar to which six instruments are attached, including tweezers and various nail cleaners.
Toilet sets often include tweezers used for plucking hair (from eyebrows, the nose or ears), nail cleaners and small scoops (perhaps for removing wax from the ears). Such sets are common finds in Roman Britain and indicate how important cleanliness was to the Romano-British people.
