Cloth, tablecloth
Lady Mary Cambridge (through whom the cloth was given to the Museum via Princess Alice) informed us that the cloth of which the tablecloth and its embroidery was made was all genuine uniform cloth of various sorts - also that the uniforms depicted in the embroidery are all completely authentic.
