Knife
Iron knife blade, the back slightly curved, broken well before the tip, the parallel edge completely corroded; integral handle, square in section, and ending in a broken suspension loop. There is a rectangular moulding at junction of blade and handle, which is recessed on two sides to take a thin rectangular plate of copper alloy, one of which survives. There is also a surface coating, possibly tinning, on one of the other faces.
