Archaeology — 19th century
Lid
This part of a porcelain lid was found on an archaeological excavation in Church Street, Isleworth, close to Kew Gardens. The lid is hexagonal and divided into triangles. Along the edges of each triangular section are pink and yellow ceramic flowers. This may have been from an ornament of some kind.
