Lamp
Near complete type 9B ceramic factory lamp. Incomplete nozzle with closed nozzle channel; broken at the wick-hole end and missing the tip. Wide, externally bevelled shoulder with a raised rim around the discus and two solid shoulder lugs; flat discus with a slightly blurred face in relief, positioned centrally; one circular oil-filling hole at the bottom of the discus positioned centrally beneath the face; circular base defined by three concentric grooves; clearly moulded maker's mark on base, FORTIS. Complete mould-made handle. Central Gaulish colour-coated ware (other fabric) (CGOF).
