Lamp, picture lamp
Incomplete type 1C ceramic picture lamp, missing the handle. Wide lozenge-shaped nozzle with volute mouldings; circular wick hole; circular pierced air hole between the volute mouldings; small patch of sooting at tip of nozzle. Flat shoulder decorated with one concentric groove at the border of the discus; concave discus; complete blurred design, a burning altar; one circular oil filling hole to the left of the design; flat circular base defined by a groove. Trace of a missing applied handle. Unsourced (?)imported fabrics (IMPT).
