Mount, dagger sheath mount
Iron mount from a dagger sheath. It consists of a crescentic loop with the remains of vestigial internal scrolls. The cross-section of the loop is rectangular. A thin basal strip, with the remains of a central groove, is attached to the loop, the ends of which hold the sides of the main loop and terminate in small scroll, one of which is missing.
