Brooch
A Late Iron Age iron bow brooch dating 100 BCE to 50 CE. This brooch has a solid catchplate and the spring has an internal chord. The tip of the pin is broken and missing.
Brooches were worn to secure clothing as well as being decorative. They were a part of communicating social identity.
