Bottle, drinks bottle
Stoneware bottle with screw neck. Cylindrical body with long tapering neck, thick rounded rim. 'BATEY REGISTERED' and 'BOURNE 15 DENBY'. Found in former gravel pits at Cowley, Middlesex, formerly used by Westminster Council for dumping refuse, 1905-08.
