Glass, vessel, flask
Natural green-blue glass flask. Thin, good quality glass with many small bubbles and some strain cracks. Some weathering. Parts present: rim, neck, body, base (complete). Rim infolded and flat-topped; base pushed up. No constriction at the base of the neck (this and the quality of the glass distinguish it from the early Roman Isings form 26). From an inhumation grave (B300), possibly 3rd-century (on ceramic evidence).
Isings form 26 variant.
