Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 2880; Obv insciption: IEFFERY.THOMAS.GROCER (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = HIS / HALF / PENY (in three lines of Roman capitals, in field); Rev inscription: OVER.AGAINST.YE.SHIP.PENS (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = IN / SMITH / FEILD (in three lines of Roman capitals, in field).
