Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 2128; Obv inscription: EDWARD.CHIPP.IN (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A dragon (in field); Rev inscription: YE.OVLD.CHANGE.59 (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = E.G.C. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
Old Change (now New Change) lay in the wards of Farringdon Within, Bread Ward and Castle Baynard Ward, in the City of London.
