The Crade and Sugar Loaf

Boyne & Williamson (1891) reference Surrey number 269; Obv inscription: WILL.MANARD.AT.THE (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A cradle and sugar-loaf (in field); Rev inscription: IN.REDERIFE.1666 (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = W.E.M. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
Rotherhithe formerly formed part of Surrey, it now lies within the London Borough of Southwark.
