A bone triangular scoop fashioned from a scapula (probably ox). The side edges and apex corner are smoothed and rounded, the spina scapula removed; the working side worn to a blunt edge. A single suspension hole is pierced through the body near the apex. The upper side appears to be more concave than the underside and has a depression into which the thumb fits, when held in the right hand. The underside has an incised graffito, reading CIIRIIS.IIQITIS (Ceres Eq(u)itus).
