The rivet disc from a large, double-riveted, two-disc, Colchester Dutch community seal. It is stamped with an ornate shield bearing three coronets from the arms of Colchester, DVYTH C… around. The reverse shows two rivet stubs and a cloth weave impression. Probably a crown bay seal judging by the absence of the cross.
