A two disc London Dyers' Company seal. The rivet disc is stamped with three birds (cranes) and a rose. The rove disc side is probably stamped with the London Dyers' arms (only one madderbag definitely visible), ...R.LONDON … inscription around. Three Cranes Lane was used by the London Dyers' Company.
