A two-part, double rivet cloth seal. Possibly from the Low Countries. The rivet disc is stamped with two mill rinds surrounded with at least three Bs, or possibly a '5', and two fleurs-de-lis. The rove disc side is stamped with possible Lombardic letters (?Ihc). Possibly from Bruges or Brussels.
