A two disc, double rivet cloth seal possibly from the Low Countries. The rivet disc is stamped with two mill rinds surrounded with at least 3 B's (possibly 5) and 2 fleurs-de-lis . The rove disc side is stamped with possible Lombardic letters (?Ihc).
