Mount
Mount or roundel with the arms of Bohun earls of Hereford, dated to the 14th century. The arms of the de Bohun family frequently appear on medieval horse harness decoration. Note that the de Bohun Earls of Hereford were hereditary Constables of England from 1176 to 1372 - commander in chief of the army (with the Marshal), and responsible for tournaments and matters of chivalry.
