Boyne & Williamson (1891) reference Surrey number 158; Obv inscription: IOHN.BVRTON.HIS (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A Moor's head (in field); Rev inscription: HALF.PENY.IN.LAMBETH (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = I.E.B. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
Lambeth formerly lay in Surrey, it is now the London Borough of Lambeth.
