CLEMENTE (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A bishop holding a crosier and anchor (in field); Rev inscription: IN. ST. TOOLEYES. STREET (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = W.M.E. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
