The Three Sugar Loaves
T. E. Dry, issued this trade token, for his business at the sign of the Three Sugar Loaves, in Wapping, Middlesex.
Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 3294; Obv inscription: AT.THE.3.SVGER.LOAES (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = Three sugar-loaves (in field); Rev inscription: IN.WAPPIN.1650 (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = T.E / DRY (in two lines of Roman capitals, in field).
