Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 2617; Obv inscription: Thomas / Houlcroft / 1665 (in three lines of Cursive script, in field); Rev inscription: BY.YE.CAGE.IN.ST.KATHERNS (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = T.M.H. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
