Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 1501; Obv inscription: RICHARD.NORWOOD.SALTER (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A horse's head bridled (in field); Rev inscription: IN.OSIER.LANE.1668 (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = HIS / HALFE / PENY (in three lines of Roman capitals, in field).
