The Bull's Head Tavern
This trade token, worth a farthing, was issued at the Bull's Head Tavern in Cheapside.
Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 573; Obv inscription: THE.BVLL.HEAD.TAVERNE (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A bull's head (in field); Rev inscription: IN.CHEAP.SIDE.1650 (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = T.E.B. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
