Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 412; Obv inscription: GILES.DISHLEY (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = An archer (in field); Rev inscription: IN.BRICK.LANE (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = HIS / HALF / PENY (in three lines of Roman capitals, in field).
Brick Lane, lies in the London borough of Tower Hamlets, having formerly been part of Stepney, Middlesex.
