Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 372; Obv inscription: IOHN.CRANE.IN (around field, in Roman capitals Device = HIS / HALF / PENY (in three lines of Roman capitals, in field); Rev inscription: BVTOLPH.LANE.1666 (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = I.M.C. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
