Post-Medieval — Late 17th century
Cup, caudle cup
Caudle cup. No visible marks, but it possible that this vessel has been made by the proflic maker Jonathan Ingles – see also No. A27085 for a larger version. Date: late 17th century.
The bowl size and rim decoration coincides exactly (within turning tolerances) with the cup No. 8176 by Jonathan Ingles above. It is therefore tempting to conclude that Ingles made both of them.
