Knife
Bone knife and whistle formed from longitudinal slice through bovine, horse or red deer long bone. The parallel edges of the blade flare slightly towards the rounded point. The handle, integral with the blade, is of rectangular section with diagonal grooves on either side as decoration and a neatly drilled round hole. The handle, partially hollowed out, terminates in a whistle. The fipple is missing. The whistle element has been rather crudely formed. There are traces of copper salt staining.
