Game piece
Bone game piece. Flat discoid section of cattle mandible. The disc has been cut from the angle of the jaw and the cancellous tissue can be seen in section. The edge on one side is damaged. One surface has been decorated with concentric circles and a circumferential band of ring and dot motifs around the edge. The back is fairly well polished. There is a large central perforation which might suggest that the piece was used as a spindle whorl.
