The rivet disc from a two disc cloth seal from Rotterdam. Disc 1, with part of connecting strip attached, is stamped with the coat of arms of Rotterdam, surrounded by letters TER, probably signifying Rotterdam. Three small holes; rivet on reverse. Incomplete and worn. Disc 2 is missing. There is a cloth weave imprint on the reverse.
