A complete two disc Westmorland subsidy seal. The rivet disc is stamped with 32 with another 2 appearing to have been miss-struck prior to the 32 stamp. The rove disc side is stamped with a crowned thistle, I R to sides and inscription around - COM:WESTM'D:S .
