Wandsworth
A Queen Ann house, between East Hill and North Side. Inscribed: Steadman (in pencil). Steadman ran a school at the end of the 18th century beginning of the 19th century. Porden (1790-1863) architect. In 1809 he went to the Royal Academy Schools and exhibited there, 1810-25. He provided drawings in Rutters 'Delineations of Fonthill (1823) and designed St Matthew's Church, Brixton.
