Montague House
View of the exterior of Montague House, Portman Square, Bloomsbury. Attributed to Dayes, c. 1800. Built 1777-82 for Mrs Elizabeth Montagu, one of the leading hostesses of her day. Her literary gathering were named the 'Blue-stocking society'. With the tower of St George's Church.
