The Wonder of Windsor
Naive portrayal of a royal gathering in the music room at Windsor: (L to R): Prince Albert (at an escritoire); Prince Ferdinand of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, 1816-1885, the husband of Queen Maria II of Portugal, at a desk by the window; King Leopold I of Belgium (1790-1865) playing a violin; Prince Ernest (probably Prince Ernest of Hohenlohe-Langenburg, 1794-1860, who married Feodora, Victoria's half-sister in 1828) at the harpsichord; Queen Victoria, standing; and a lady in waiting at the open doorway.
