Cap, baseball cap
The Big Issue is a news and current-affairs magazine written by professional journalists and sold on the streets by vendors from London's homeless community. The magazine aims to help those living on the streets to earn a legal income, and all profits are reinvested in services assisting the homeless. The Big Issue was launched in September 1991, initially as a monthly publication in London. Over the next 15 years the sales of the magazine grew to over 130,000 a year in England and Wales.
