Sleeve
Sleeve of fulled finely-woven woollen cloth. Made from two pieces of dark brown cloth with a triangular piece inserted at elbow for extra movement; cut edges. Material fulled slightly but does not obliterate weave.
Held together with original linen thred. Cut edges at top of arm and cuff. Evidence of buttonhole (16mm length) on cuff. Yarn diameter: 0.5mm single ply, S1 S spun; S2 Z spun. Thread per cm: S1: 10; S2: 12.
