Glove
Worn in childhood by H.R.H. Princess Louise of Wales, Duchess of Fife (1867-1931) when aged about five. Donor's aunts, the Misses Nimmo used to live in Bath and play with the daughters of the Prince and Princess of Wales. On one occasion the latter got their hands and feet very wet and were sent home in dry socks lent to them by the Nimmos leaving behind their own garments which were never reclaimed. See also 64.4/3-7
