The Water King in the Silver Palace
Theatrical souvenir portrait plate printed with an engraving of the character The Water King in the Silver Palace. Such plates would have been sold plain as theatrical souvenirs for colouring and tinselling at home. Published by John Redington and sold by Webb (Central Street).
The SIlver Palace was a spectacular, that was performed after other plays. It was a dramatic performance, involving water fountains, fireworks and combat.
