Parasol
Black silk parasol with checked satin border. Straight brass shaft, embossed where it joins square carved ivory handle. Carved ivory ferrule. Metal framework, whalebone ribs with ivory tips. Handstitched. Condition: brass shaft broken, parts of ferrule and handle is detached so the parasol is in two pieces.
