Medal
Medal awarded as a prize to William J. Seaman for punctual attendance at a London School Board School in 1896. On one side is a profile of Queen Victoria surrounded by the inscription 'The Queen Victoria Medal School Board 1887 for London'. On the reverse is inscribed "Awarded to W.J. Seaman for punctual attendance every time the school was opened during the school year ended 1896". The London School board presented medals annually to encourage attendance.
