Shoe
Woman's Court/evening shoes (pair). Upper and heel cover of ivory silk satin. Leather sole. Top edge bound with beige silk braid. At the throat there is a large glass diamanté. Pointed toe. Louis heel 5.4 cm (H); covered; brass nailed top-piece. Shaped sole; unworn; 1+1 ring stamps; stamped 'F'; brown edge finished at waist, polished and domed; inscribed 'A.C. Godson'. Turnshoe construction. Upper with round throat; upper cut in one piece, back seam only, drawstring. Entire upper lined with white kid. Sock of ivory satin. Quarter lining inscribed '169'. Very good quality.
