Black and White picture postcard showing a patient in a cot at the Queen's Hospital for Children, Hackney Road, London. The postcard was produced to promote and raise funds for the hospital. Below the image is printed 'Cot supported by the Ship's company of HMS Black Prince at the Queen's Hospital for Children, Hackney Road, London. This hospital has 164 beds, including 30 at Bexhill, and is the only Children's Hospital conveniently situated for half a million souls. Expenditure, £15,000 a year. Endowment income £400.
