Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 2463 (variation); Obv inscription: GEO.LAVRANCE.MEAL (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A wheatsheaf (in field); Rev inscription: AGAT.CLEMENTS.CHV (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = G.M.L. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field) [Boyne has 1668].
The issuer was 'George Laurence of St Clement Danes, born 1626, a Baker, see Percival Boyd, [Inhabitants of London]. Society of Genealogists, MS. 54559.
