Bag, big Issue courier bag
A shoulder bag, produced by The Big Issue for use by its vendors. The Big Issue is a news and current-affairs magazine written by professional journalists together with homeless Londoners. It is sold on the streets by vendors from London's homeless community. The magazine aims to help those living on the streets to earn a legal income, and all profits are reinvested in services assisting the homeless. The Big Issue was launched in September 1991, initially as a monthly publication in London. Over the next 15 years the sales of the magazine grew to over 130,000 a year in England and Wales.
