Toy jug
A toy jug with an ovoid body with flaring lip, short conical foot and scrolling handle. The corroded and blocked ring thumbpiece shows that the ewer was originally covered. The body is decorated with chevrons, vertical ribbing and scrolling, divided by cross-hatched and plain bands. A missing piece in the lip and cracking in the body.
